Corinna, of The Friendly Pantry consulting, has written a brand new ebook that will solve all your weeknight meal conundrums. It's called The Weeknight Allergy Buster, and is available now for pre-sale, releasing on August 20.
I got to be one of the testers for her recipes which was a lot of fun and got me to try some different dinner options outside my normal routine. I enjoy seeing how others cook and what they are inclined to reach for on a weeknight, so being part of the tester group was enlightening for me.
The recipes in the Weeknight Allergy Busters cookbook are made from whole foods, nutritious ingredients, and those that are common enough that you won't have a hard time finding anything at the grocery store. It's a pet peeve of mine when you get ahold of a fantastic recipe but can't find what you need to make it. The book contains a meal plan for a month, meaning you can go 30 days without having to think about what's for dinner?
My favorite thing about it is that it's not allergen-free, but allergen-flexible. This term perfectly describes my ideal safe eats recipes. They can be altered to be free from whatever allergens your family avoids. You won't compromise variety in your diet, or avoid foods that you do enjoy that happen to contain top allergens. It's all about having the right options to custom fit the recipes to suit your family's food allergies and dietary restrictions.
