Spend your Summer evening learning how to cook delicious and healthy seasonal foods with Amanda and Joella, the Co-Founders of Everyday Allergen-Free, a lifestyle site for adults and teens dealing with food allergies.
Amanda and Joella will educate you on preparing foods that are free from most common allergies, and then you will be guided through a cooking demonstration of four delicious Summer food items which you will then get to indulge in!

- Signature drink: San Pellegrino with mint and watermelon
- Hand salad with sweet vinaigrette
- Roasted peach sorbet
- Herbed orecchiette with heirloom cherry tomatoes

Amanda has lived with multiple severe food allergies her whole life. Joella is passionate about raising food allergy awareness. Together they form the duo behind Everyday Allergen-Free, a site for teens and adults living with food allergies. Their goal is to inspire confidence in people living with this invisible disability. The two met when they lived in residence together at the University of Toronto, and have been the best of friends ever since. Amanda is the author of Allergen-Free Desserts, a cookbook for parents and kids.
