I can't even really call this a recipe.. it's more like an idea for a slightly different version of a popular tasty snack. If you have a favorite brand of store-bought bread you can use that instead of baking bread from scratch. Though with my allergies and a scarring experience with store-bought bread I tend to bake my own.
Free from dairy, nuts, peanuts, egg, sesame, fish, shellfish, oats, mustard
Ingredients
My signature bread recipe
1 avocado
1/2 clove of garlic
1 tbsp. soy sauce
a squeeze of lemon per slice of toast
makes 4 pieces of toast
Method
Toast a 3 - 4 slices of bread to your desired crunchiness.
Score an avocado, then squeeze out the segments into a small bowl. Add the chopped garlic and soy sauce and mix well, mashing up the avocado as you go along.
Spread it over the warm toast and squeeze a bit of lemon on each one.
