Is it discriminatory for restaurants to ban food allergy patrons, and why are they doing it? In this thought piece I’m sharing my feelings about restaurants banning customers with food allergies, food allergy waivers, and whether or not it is acceptable for a restaurant to claim they cannot safely cook for a person with food allergies.
