Is it 3 layers deep like our tasty vegan parfait?
Every Valentine's Day I've smiled and nodded while someone handed me candy hearts, dollar store chocolates, "be mine" candies, and other thematic foods that I cannot eat. In elementary school I once had a boy ambush me with candy-grams professing his crush to which I responded, thanks for the pile of chocolate I'm allergic to! Say it with words next time! Okay maybe I didn't say that out loud, but I definitely thought it. The next day he returned with a little stuffed cat so, message received.
This year, our first Valentine's Day at EAF, we decided to share a whole selection of allergy-friendly sweet treats that your sweetheart will love. They're all free from dairy, peanuts, egg, wheat, and are vegan too. Shared lines/may-contain for tree nuts. And of course we called in Marissa of Bowl Bar to bring the flavor! Scroll through for a vibrant recipe collection you don't wanna miss.

Work up an appetite this Valentine's Day and indulge in our triple-decadent perfect plant-based parfait. Start things off with a creamy layer of Yoso's chocolate vegan coconut milk yoghurt, add your favorite granola (we love Nature's Path) and top with a superfood layer of açaí-boosted chia seed pudding. Add your fav berries - we adore raspberries, pomegranate seeds, coconut chips and cacao nibs with a spring of fresh, organic mint. Dig that spoon way down.
Thanks For Pudding Up With Me
Show them how much you love them with a chocolate-y take on our classic chia seed pudding, recipe here. Add a couple extra spoonfuls of Navitas Naturals organica cacao powder to the recipe and sprinkle with dehydrated coconut chips, Navitas Naturals cacao nibs and dried rose petals to get the heart racing. You can also use your favorite coconut mylk in place of coconut cream for a lighter version on Valentine's Day.
You Make Me Hot-Cocoa
Nothing says melt my heart like a steaming cup of hot chocolate on Valentine's Day! This plant-based cuppa blends organic coconut milk with heart-healthy superfood that's bursting with energy and antioxidants. Helloooooo lovah! Blend four cups of your favorite mylk with four heaping tablespoons of Navitas Naturals Cacao Powder, enough organic maple syrup to satisfy your sweet tooth and warm. For a quickie we recommend blitzing them in a blender or bullet and then gently warming on the stove. Toss in our fav plant-based marshmallows from Dandies and enjoy!
